Can I migrate my existing procedures from Word or PDF?
Yes. You can copy-paste text from Word directly into U-Do's editor and add photos, video, and formatting from there. We recommend starting with your 5 most critical procedures. Most engineers find they can recreate a procedure in U-Do faster than they originally wrote it in Word.
Will my shop floor team actually use it?
The worker view is one step at a time, large photos, clear text — on a tablet or monitor at the workstation. Workers do not need to be computer-savvy to follow a visual procedure on a screen. In practice, teams prefer U-Do to faded printouts because they can actually see what they are supposed to do.
